Selamat datang ke ABC Cooling Sdn Bhd ("https://aircond01.jaringdigital.com") . Dengan menggunakan laman web ini atau menempah mana-mana perkhidmatan kami, anda dianggap telah membaca, memahami dan bersetuju dengan Terma & Syarat berikut.
1. Penerimaan Terma
Dengan mengakses laman web ini atau menggunakan perkhidmatan kami, anda bersetuju untuk terikat dengan terma dan syarat yang dinyatakan di sini.
2. Skop Perkhidmatan
Kami menyediakan perkhidmatan termasuk tetapi tidak terhad kepada:
- Servis Aircond
- Chemical Service Aircond
- Overhaul Aircond
- Repair Aircond
- Topup Gas Aircond
- Pemasangan Aircond Baharu
- Buka dan Pindah Aircond
- Cassette Aircond Service
- Pemeriksaan dan Diagnostik Aircond
- Perkhidmatan berkaitan sistem penyaman udara domestik dan komersial
Semua perkhidmatan tertakluk kepada pemeriksaan lokasi dan keadaan sebenar unit aircond.
3. Sebut Harga dan Harga Servis
Semua harga yang dipaparkan di laman web adalah anggaran dan tertakluk kepada perubahan tanpa notis terlebih dahulu.
Harga sebenar mungkin berbeza berdasarkan:
- Jenis dan jenama aircond
- Kapasiti (HP)
- Bilangan unit
- Tahap kekotoran atau kerosakan
- Lokasi pemasangan atau servis
- Keperluan tambahan yang ditemui semasa pemeriksaan
Sebarang kerja tambahan akan dimaklumkan kepada pelanggan sebelum diteruskan. Kami tidak akan memulakan kerja tanpa persetujuan daripada pelanggan terlebih dahulu.
4. Temujanji dan Kehadiran
Pelanggan hendaklah memastikan akses yang selamat dan mencukupi kepada lokasi servis.
Sekiranya pelanggan tidak hadir atau lokasi tidak dapat diakses semasa waktu temujanji yang dipersetujui, caj lawatan atau caj pengangkutan mungkin dikenakan.
5. Servis Aircond
Servis aircond bertujuan membersihkan komponen asas seperti:
- Penapis udara (filter)
- Cover dan panel luaran
- Cooling coil (bergantung kepada jenis servis)
- Saluran pembuangan air (jika perlu)
Servis biasa tidak menjamin penyelesaian semua masalah teknikal atau prestasi penyejukan sekiranya terdapat kerosakan komponen dalaman.
6. Chemical Service dan Overhaul Aircond
Chemical Service dan Overhaul Aircond melibatkan proses pembersihan yang lebih menyeluruh.
Walau bagaimanapun:
- Keputusan prestasi bergantung kepada keadaan sebenar unit.
- Komponen lama, rapuh atau telah rosak mungkin menunjukkan kerosakan sedia ada selepas proses pembersihan.
- Kami tidak bertanggungjawab terhadap kerosakan yang berpunca daripada haus, usia peralatan atau kecacatan sedia ada yang tidak dapat dikenal pasti sebelum kerja dijalankan.
7. Repair Aircond
Diagnosis awal adalah berdasarkan simptom yang ditemui semasa pemeriksaan.
Dalam sesetengah keadaan, kerosakan tambahan hanya dapat dikenal pasti selepas proses pembaikan dimulakan.
Sebarang kos tambahan akan dimaklumkan kepada pelanggan sebelum kerja diteruskan.
8. Topup Gas Aircond
Topup gas dilakukan berdasarkan pemeriksaan teknikal oleh juruteknik.
Pelanggan memahami bahawa:
- Gas aircond tidak akan berkurangan dalam sistem tertutup yang sempurna.
- Kehilangan gas biasanya menunjukkan kemungkinan kebocoran.
- Topup gas bukan jaminan bahawa masalah kebocoran telah diselesaikan.
- Pemeriksaan kebocoran mungkin memerlukan caj tambahan.
9. Pemasangan Aircond
Pemasangan aircond dilakukan berdasarkan keadaan tapak dan spesifikasi yang dipersetujui.
Harga pemasangan standard mungkin tidak termasuk:
- Kerja pendawaian elektrik
- Kerja hacking atau konkrit
- Tambahan paip tembaga
- Tambahan paip saliran
- Kerja menggunakan skylift atau scaffolding
- Permit bangunan atau pengurusan premis
Kos tambahan akan dimaklumkan terlebih dahulu jika diperlukan.
10. Permit Bangunan dan Kelulusan Pengurusan Premis
Bagi hartanah seperti apartmen, kondominium, serviced apartment, pejabat atau premis yang tertakluk kepada pengurusan bangunan, pelanggan bertanggungjawab mendapatkan sebarang permit, kelulusan atau kebenaran yang diperlukan daripada pihak pengurusan, JMB, MC atau pihak berkuasa berkaitan sebelum kerja dijalankan.
Sebarang deposit, caj permit, caj akses, caj penggunaan lif, caj pekerja luar atau caj lain yang dikenakan oleh pihak pengurusan bangunan adalah di bawah tanggungjawab pelanggan melainkan dipersetujui sebaliknya secara bertulis.
Sekiranya kerja tidak dapat dijalankan akibat kegagalan mendapatkan permit atau kelulusan yang diperlukan, caj lawatan, pengangkutan atau caj berkaitan mungkin dikenakan.
Sebarang kos tambahan yang timbul akibat keperluan pengurusan bangunan akan dimaklumkan kepada pelanggan terlebih dahulu sebelum kerja diteruskan.
11. Cassette Aircond Service
Perkhidmatan Cassette Aircond tertakluk kepada akses yang selamat dan mencukupi.
Sekiranya siling terlalu tinggi atau memerlukan peralatan khas, caj tambahan mungkin dikenakan.
12. Waranti Perkhidmatan
Waranti hanya meliputi kerja yang dilakukan oleh pihak kami dan tertakluk kepada syarat berikut:
- Unit tidak diubah suai oleh pihak lain selepas servis atau pembaikan.
- Tiada kerosakan akibat bencana alam, gangguan elektrik atau penyalahgunaan.
- Waranti tidak meliputi komponen yang telah haus secara semula jadi.
Tempoh waranti (jika ditawarkan) akan dinyatakan pada invois atau resit servis.
13. Had Liabiliti
Kami tidak bertanggungjawab terhadap:
- Kehilangan keuntungan atau kerugian tidak langsung
- Kerosakan sedia ada yang tidak dapat dikesan semasa pemeriksaan
- Kerosakan akibat usia peralatan
- Gangguan bekalan elektrik
- Kerosakan yang disebabkan oleh pihak ketiga
Liabiliti maksimum kami adalah terhad kepada jumlah bayaran yang diterima bagi perkhidmatan tersebut.
14. Pembayaran
Pembayaran hendaklah dibuat mengikut kaedah yang dipersetujui.
Kami berhak menangguhkan atau membatalkan perkhidmatan sekiranya pembayaran tidak diterima mengikut tempoh yang ditetapkan.
15. Perubahan Terma
Kami berhak mengubah atau mengemaskini Terma & Syarat ini pada bila-bila masa tanpa notis terlebih dahulu.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website or engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Scope of Services
We provide services including but not limited to:
- Air Conditioner Servicing
- Chemical Aircond Service
- Aircond Overhaul
- Aircond Repair
- Aircond Gas Top-Up
- New Aircond Installation
- Aircond Dismantling and Relocation
- Cassette Aircond Service
- Aircond Inspection and Diagnostics
- Related residential and commercial air conditioning services
All services are subject to site inspection and actual unit conditions.
3. Quotations and Pricing
All prices displayed on the website are estimates and may change without prior notice.
Actual charges may vary depending on:
- Aircond brand and model
- Horsepower (HP)
- Number of units
- Level of dirt or damage
- Service location
- Additional work required upon inspection
Any additional charges will be communicated before work proceeds.
4. Appointments and Access
Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the service location.
If the customer is unavailable or access cannot be granted at the agreed appointment time, a visit fee or transportation fee may apply.
5. Aircond Servicing
Regular aircond servicing generally includes cleaning of:
- Air filters
- External covers and panels
- Cooling coils (depending on service type)
- Drainage lines where applicable
Routine servicing does not guarantee resolution of all technical issues or cooling performance problems if internal component failures exist.
6. Chemical Service and Aircond Overhaul
Chemical Service and Overhaul involve more extensive cleaning procedures.
However:
- Results depend on the actual condition of the unit.
- Aged, fragile, or deteriorated components may reveal pre-existing issues after cleaning.
- We are not liable for failures caused by normal wear and tear, aging equipment, or hidden defects that could not reasonably be detected before servicing.
7. Aircond Repair
Initial diagnosis is based on symptoms observed during inspection.
In some cases, additional faults may only become apparent after repair work begins.
Any additional costs will be communicated and approved before proceeding.
8. Aircond Gas Top-Up
Gas top-up services are performed based on technical assessment by our technicians.
Customers acknowledge that:
- Refrigerant gas does not normally decrease in a properly sealed system.
- Low refrigerant levels may indicate leakage.
- Gas top-up alone does not guarantee that leakage issues have been resolved.
- Leak detection and repair may require additional charges.
9. Aircond Installation
Installation services are performed based on site conditions and agreed specifications.
Standard installation pricing may not include:
- Electrical wiring work
- Hacking or concrete works
- Additional copper piping
- Additional drainage piping
- Skylift or scaffolding services
- Building management or permit requirements
Any additional costs will be communicated beforehand.
10. Building Permit and Management Approval
For properties such as apartments, condominiums, serviced residences, offices, or premises subject to building management regulations, customers are responsible for obtaining any required permits, approvals, or authorizations from the building management, Joint Management Body (JMB), Management Corporation (MC), or relevant authorities before work commences.
Any deposits, permit fees, access fees, lift usage charges, contractor registration fees, or other charges imposed by the building management shall be the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If work cannot proceed due to the customer’s failure to obtain the necessary permits or approvals, a site visit fee, transportation fee, or other applicable charges may be imposed.
Any additional costs arising from building management requirements will be communicated to the customer before work proceeds.
11. Cassette Aircond Service
Cassette Aircond servicing is subject to safe and adequate access.
Additional charges may apply if special equipment, scaffolding, or elevated access is required.
12. Service Warranty
Any warranty provided applies only to work performed by us and is subject to the following conditions:
- The unit has not been altered, repaired, or serviced by third parties after our service.
- No damage has resulted from power surges, natural disasters, misuse, or negligence.
- Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of components.
Where applicable, warranty duration will be stated on the invoice or service receipt.
13. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for:
- Loss of profits or indirect damages
- Pre-existing defects not reasonably detectable during inspection
- Failures due to equipment aging or deterioration
- Electrical supply issues
- Damage caused by third parties
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service provided.
14. Payment
Payment must be made according to the agreed payment method and terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel services if payment is not received as agreed.
15. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
